MSA is a portable C library with routines for MEG and EEG source analysis. It is released as Open Source under the GPL.

I am not developing and supporting the MSA library any more. All my currect development on EEG/MEG analysis and source reconstruction is done in Matlab. Please have a look at the Fieldtrip toolbox.
